My son ate McDonald’s for lunch on Wednesday may 9th. He hasn’t been anywhere else. Didn’t eat supper afterwards either. A while later started projectile vomiting and had some diarrhea as well. It only lasted a few hours and the only thing that came out was indigested McDonald’s!  | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
