Plaice and chips. Ate at approx 5.30pm. Meal was lovely, and appeared to be cooked alright. Woke at 2.30am and was violently ill. That's very unusual for me, i'm not usually very sensitive to food, and it's incredibly rare for me to be throwing up. I've not…
