Ate a romaine/spinach salad and clam chowder at 7pm. Vomiting & diarrhea started at about 1am and happened every hour after. Hospital for IV/meds at 9am.

chilly was the only thing that I had eaten different from the rest of the group of 5 . date 5-14 2019 sick on 5-15-2019 I still feel very week today
