I ate 3 mini chicken quesadillas and when I got home I went to sleep I woke up and was vomiting, and then I used the bathroom and I had diarrhea throughout the whole day today I’ve felt dehydrated and not able to move

Nauseous... severe cramps that I barely could take. Severe digestive problems.
