On 4/21 I ordered Viva food market Chinese food from the deli at around 7pm. Went home and ate at around 8pm. Went to bed and woke up at 2:30am feeling nauseous, stomach aches, diarrhea and vomiting. I hadn’t eaten anything else prior to the Chinese food during the day.
