Had a half lamb leg. Husband has had severe diarrhoea all night as has 85 year old Granny. 2 visitors who shared the lunch have same symptoms and I have severe vomiting. Only person not ill is my daughter who didn’t eat the lambWe think it was lamb, 5 people sick starred in the night all have diarrhoea it 2 have severe vomiting | Symptome: Durchfall, Erbrechen
