Ate at Caesars Bacchanal buffet couldn't wait. It is usually my favorite buffet on the strip. Before I could leave the hotel 3 hours later, I had to run to the bathroom. My travel partner didn't get started until the evening with vomiting and diarrhea. The next morning we were both vomiting with diarrhea and fever. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
