Had Bacon King Junior with fries around 1pm. Started feeling nauseous with diarrhea and stomach wasn't emptying by 3. Held on at work until vomiting copiously around 4:15. Still wasn't feeling 100%, Went home a little early. Sipped clear fluids, diarrhea has continued and vomited all the fluids back up around 8:30pm. Living in the bathroom atm. If I can't keep down fluids soon I will seek medical attention. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
