got a meal before going to Walmart where I was wearing a mask, I was the only person to eat , hour 1/2 - 2 hours later I had severe upper abdominal pain I couldn't move followed by vomiting and diarrhea lasted a couple of hours then I was mostly fatigued. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Ermüdung
