My husband, 5-year old boy and I had BK breakfast on October 2, 2016 10am at Toa Payoh Central HDB Hub outlet. We ordered 2 breakfast sets and an ala carte Mushroom Swiss Crossanwich which my son and I had shared. We began feeling nauseous before dinner and started vomiting and diarrhea. Went to a GP for food poisoning injection and meds but got worse and both of us were admitted into hospital. Still in hospital waiting to be discharged after 2 days. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Fieber, Erbrechen
