Ate at Cabo Wabo Cantina and hotel food at Holiday Inn Resort. Last night of vacation and after lunch at Cabo Wabo, had severe stomach spasms followed by bouts of diarrhea. That was two days ago. Home and still can’t eat without running to the bathroom. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit
