My son has been throwing up and has diarrhea. He is on day 5 or 6 now and still no change. Wife and I took him to the doctor twice and they are baffled because it's not flu season. I bought him Carl's jr the day before all this started and now wondering.., Only he ate the food. It was for his school lunch. | Symptome: Erbrechen, Durchfall, Übelkeit
