I had an 8 piece chicken nugget meal and replaced the fries with a medium fruit cup and got a diet lemonade. Somehow the symptoms didn't affect me right away but took all night instead. When I woke up this morning, I had these terrible symptoms and couldn't figure out anything else it might've been since that was the last thing I ate before going to bed a few hours later. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit
