I ordered the falafel platter at about 430pm after work. It was delicious until i got home at about 545pm. By stomach was bloated so i tried to use the washroom but was unsuccessful. I then decided to showet, man was that a mistake. I thought i was going to pass out and die in the shower. The stomach pain worsen and i felt like vomiting. Within the next 30 mins i was litterally glued to the toliet with diarrhea and projectile vomit. I vomitted well over 30 times flr the rest of the evening. My body is aching and sore all over. I felt like i was dying. I am a healthy super active 28 year old and i felt like i was on my death bed. I have been stuck in bed for the past 2 day. Still feel like vomitting on and off. And still having mild diarrhea. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Andere, Blähungen, Schmerzen im Magen, Körperschmerz, Wundsein
