Not 100% sure it was from Chipotle but it's really the only thing i could rationally think of. About 24 hours after finishing my chipotle chicken bowl, i completely lost my appetite and felt very nauseous. Within a few hours, i started having completely liquid diarrhea, while simultaneously vomiting. So much so that the vomit was coming out my nose. Over the next six and a half hours, I continued to do that nine more times. Now i'm still stuck in bed with liquid diarrhea and severe nausea. I cannot keep any food or drink in my body. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
