I have never eaten Chipotle before, so while shopping at Cross County Mall in Yonkers with my daughter, niece, and her friends, I decided to try something different. They are vegan, so they ordered salad bowl with chips, and I had a chicken burrito. Later that evening, I started to experience stomach cramping and discomfort. Believing it was a minor issue, I took some pepto Bismol and went to sleep. I was awoken by severe heartburn and nausea, which eventually gave way to violent vomiting and diarrhea. The vomiting and diarrhea persisted for two days, and I vomited so violently, I strained my chest muscle. When I saw my doctor, she informed me of Chipotle recent food safety issues, and advised me to eat somewhere else. NEVER AGAIN will I eat at Chipotle. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Fieber, Erbrechen, Sodbrennen, Krämpfe
