I had a cup of dark chocolate ice cream with Carmel sauce and a choc brownie. Started cramping up at around 2 am and the next 24 hours projectile vomiting with diarrhea and excruciating stomach cramps! Still cramping on day two, fingers crossed that it's over! | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
