Pizza My wife and I ate one slice of combo pizza each, and we developed exactly the same symptom. And that was the only meal we had together that day. From the vomiting outcome it was obvious that the pizza was the culprit. We both had very severe vomiting / diarrhea / fever so couldn't sleep at all the whole night, and it took over a day for us to get back to normal. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Fieber, Erbrechen
