My children and I had pepperoni pizza from the Costco food court on Wednesday (12/19/2018)around 11am. We started feeling sick late afternoon on 12/20/2018. It progressed to violent vomiting and diarrhea. Once it started lasted about 8 hours. My husband wasn't sick and it was the only meal we did not share with him. We did not have any other take-out food and everything else in our household has been consumed by all four of us. I tried to call Costco to make them aware and ended up on a never ending hold twice. Thanks, Costco. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
