I bought the large bags of shredded mild cheddar. I was sick for about a week (would get sick and then better and then sick again.) I finally figured out it was the cheese as it would come back each time I ate it. I would be very ill for about 24 hours before I started to feel better. I stopped eating the cheese and immediately the symptoms went away. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Fieber, Erbrechen
