My husband became very ill on our second day at Dreams !! bad stomach cramps and diarrhea I was also unwell with diarrhea, we couldnt pin point what had caused the problem we had various foods at the buffett , ice cream and salad was top of our list, we also spoke to 5 other people with sickness and diarrhea, my husband was off his food and not right for the rest of the holiday and also when we returned home for many days. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Krämpfe
