Had the Avacado Toast with over easy eggs and side salad on 2/2/2020. Within 2 hours became violently ill. Started with headache, then vomiting, then diarrhea. Continued for 3 hours non-stop. Finally went to ER. Now 2 days later and still bed bound and can hardly eat anything. Forcing myself to drink water and will try toast tonight. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Kopfschmerz
