Sunday 29th of March at around 9;30-10 am I had two sausage rolls which were lukewarm Didn’t eat anything else for the rest of the day around 5 pm I had severe diarrhoea without warning and spent the next three or four hours repeatedly on the toilet had a couple of drinks which I then couldn’t keep in and I was vomiting as well. Today 30th of March, I feel drained. And tired and have bubbling stomach | Symptome: Übelkeit, Durchfall, Erbrechen, Krämpfe
