April 2018 at Toro at Hard Rock Hotel in Punta Cana. Felt sick after eating the salad. Started with nausea then quickly went to diarrhea and vomiting to fever. We did tell the hotel but they didn't contact us until the next morning which is when we had to fly home. Was sick on the flight. Missed 4 days of work after vacation. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
