I ate at Zen the night I got sick. My husband also ate off of my plate and didn't get sick. Became violently ill with diarrhea and vomiting. the vomiting lasted about 9 hours and diarrhea lasted several days. I Could barely walk. The next morning the hotel Dr told me to go to hospital where they admitted me for the night. My blood pressure was very low. I have never been so sick in my life. I was our last night there and since i was admitted to the hospital overnight we couldn't get home for 3 days after. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
