Nausea and vomiting began on the second day of my trip ( 5/2/19 - 5/7/19). I had not eaten or drank anything outside of the resort during the trip. I was continually drinking the sodas and waters that were in the mini fridge in my room to settle my stomach, but nothing seemed to work. Any alcohol that I drank came from the swim up bar and the beer from the mini fridge. I remained sick during the entire trip and it continued for about a month after returning home. One other person in my group was also sick and lasted for a week after returning home. | Symptome: Übelkeit, Erbrechen
