According to a inspection report from Friday, Heidi's Brooklyn Deli was in violation of a number of public health codes and was ordered to shut down until they can fix the issues.Public health also found food being kept out of refrigerators for more than four hours. According to the department, restaurants are required to have hot water available at all times with a temperature of 120 degrees. Public health reported the facility has been without hot water since opening.
