Double double animal style and fries. Ate at around 6pm, and 5-6 hours later I experienced several hours of vomiting and extreme nausea, followed by a mild fever lasting throughout the following day.3 of us ate at this In 'n Out and experienced similar symptoms, though one of us only had fries w/ ketchup. No one else we'd eaten with or been in contact with previously reported any symptoms, so we don't think it was a virus or a different restaurant. | Symptome: Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
