On 3/18/19, I ordered a double-double burger, fries, vanilla shake at 7:30 pm, woke up at 2:30 am with severe vomiting and diarrhea, and woke up again at 4:30, 6:30, 7:30, and 9:00 with more of same. The following day I had a fever of 102, along with accompanying flu-like symptoms. Improved a good deal on 3/20, but still not able to hardly eat anything. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
