After dining at In-N-Out Saturday evening, I started feeling indigestion Saturday night around midnight. It started with diarrhea, then I vomited. Those symptoms increased during the day, along with a fever and body aches. Symptoms. The worst symptoms were the first 24 hours, followed by a progressive recovery on Monday. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Fieber, Erbrechen
