Ate it on Jan 05 at night time, a group of 5 ppl we ordered different stuff so I think it was the meat. Got sick a few hrs after eating, vomiting, diarrhea all night and all day next day. The other ppl who ate it including my husband got severe diarrhea. This was in Mission Valley In N Out | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
