I ate breakfast at Jack in the Box, 9300 TX-242, Conroe, TX 77385 and got extremely sick. I can't keep nothing down. The lady at the window gave me a breakfast plate wrapped in foil because they didn't have any lids. I wasn't going to take it but I did. This has really made me sick. I can't stop vomiting and I have diarrhea. This incident took place on 12-10-17 and today is 12-11-17 | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit
