Our favorite ramen restaurant failed to fill a weekend delivery order. It was the third time in a row this had occurred - obviously upsetting for a place we patronize regularly. When I called (reasonably heated) asking for a manager, the hostess yelled at me, cursed at me and hung up on me. When I drove there to confront them, the getleman who presented himself as the owner of this branch, was actually very reasonable. the hostess denied the phone interaction, she insisted either I or the delivery service were to blame. After initially refusing to fill the order, the branch owner eventually agreed to fill the order. Now I'm sicker than I've ever been - clearly something was done to the food. How often does this happen? Do I have any recourse? | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
