Cockroach infestation. The inspector saw some live roaches under the stove and two dead roaches near the water heater. Among other violations, the floors were very dirty and the grade card from the last inspection (a 91/A in March 2019, records show) was not posted. Also, the restaurant didn’t have a COVID-19 plan and didn’t have social distancing and other signs posted.
