Little Caesars Pepperoni Lunch Combo, I ate at 11:45am 4/2/2018, it was the free lunch combo offered that day from 11:30am-1pm, it was a Pepperoni pizza. I hared half of the pizza with a friend and they got sick as well. I recognized symptoms at 3am starting with vomiting and diarrhea that continued for two days. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
