I woke up with diarrhea and vomited in the middle of the night. The only thing that has recently changed in my meal schedule is that I ate at little Saigon almost two nights in a row., I had dinner around 7pm. It took effect at 2am. | Symptome: Erbrechen, Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit
