Had grand big mac combo for lunch yesterday 3/13/18 at about 2:30pm. Was tossing and turning most of the night with stomach turning/churning noise. Got up at 8am feeling nauseous and had diarrhea. Went back to rest in bed and at about 10:45am diarrhea again. It’s now 11:30am and stomach still making turning/churning noise. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit
