Went to McDonald's on 8th near 26th last night 11/10/16 around 11-1130 pm. I purchased a small fry and a mcdouble and have been severely ill ever since eating it's been close to 12 hours and I'm still sick to my stomach and cannot eat anything else. Sever abdominal pain as well | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Fieber
