Had 3 mcdoubles and a small fry (i go crazy when I have a fast food craving ). Woke up 7 hours later with constant vomitting, followed by severe diarrhea and occasional vomitting. Still continuing 36 hours later, can't keep any food down and struggle staying hydrated. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
