Had McDonald's Big Mac around 5-6 o'clock. Relaxed for a bit later got a mcflurry. Half hour after the mcflurry I had abdominal pains and assumed I just had an upset stomach after it worsened I thought I was gunna die. Vomited and had diarrhea for hours. Finally was able to sleep and woke up the next morning with same symptoms. No health insurance so wasn't doctor treated. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Fieber, Erbrechen
