After shopping around 730pm i got my son a happy meal nuggets fries and apple slices he ate then it was bed time it wasnt more than an hr later he while sleeping blew chunks good thing i was there then i shower him an back to bed an same thing happend now he has diarrhea and holding his head cause it hurts him.....ive been reading alot of these posts from last 3 days and almost everyone has same symptoms my son is three years old this is bullshit that he has to go threw this at his age | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Erbrechen
