I ordered the 10 piece chicken nugget meal with a sprite for lunch. immediately after eating the meal I got Diarrhea followed with extreme nausea. about two hours later I started throwing up followed by a fever. I continued to have terrible vomit and diarrhea for the rest of the night. this morning i feel a little better mostly because i think im completely empty. But still cannot even drink water without throwing it back up. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Fieber, Erbrechen
