We believe the culprit to be the McGriddle cakes. There were 4 people in our party and 3 of us had the cakes and 1 didn't. The only one not to get sick was the 1 who didn't. We are at 9:30-10 am and symptoms manifested in 2 people around 5 that evening and the 3rd around 9 pm | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Fieber, Erbrechen
