Had a big mac meal last night about 10. Started to feel hot and have stomach ache at 11.30ish got worse through the night got nausea and upset stomach I feel any minute I might start being sick. Having to keep rushing to the toilet | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit
