Yesterday night I bought meal for my fiance and I we normally buy food from there and have never had a problem until now... He had a big Mac meal with a Carmel frappe and I had a 10 piece nugget meal with a frappe as well..after we ate I thought since I'm pregnant it was just me feeling sick but about two hours after we both had horrible stomach aches resulting in nausea, vomiting and diarrhea from both of us. We have not felt good since then and the feeling has not gone away. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
