Spicy McChicken's for lunch yesterday. The only members of our party that were affected ate the Spicy McChickens. We have been up most of the night with fever, vomiting, and diarrhea. We have never had an issue at this particular establishment before. We had no other meals in common yesterday. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Erbrechen
