I felt perfectly find all day until an hour after I ate from McDonalds. I've been dry heaving and I have very bad diahrrea, I'm so sick to my stomach. In matter of fact I'm going to go to urgent care, I just know McDonalds is the reasoning for this and I'm quite disgusted. I'm sorry to say but you just lost a very loyal customer. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit
