November 29th we got a McDonald's 20 piece chicken nugget to share. The next day neither of us were very hungry so we skipped eating, my husband had some oatmeal but I abstained. On December 1st my husband got sick vomiting, diarrhea, low fever, nausea. I later got sick the same day with the exact same symptoms and our vomit looked exactly alike.
