When to McDs late yesterday evening, and I noticed the burger tasted a little off but not out of the ordinary for McDonalds. About 6 hours later I woke up vomiting with diarrhea that lasted all day, couldn't keep water down until the following evening. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
