I went at about 10pm last night I ordered the double quarter pounder meal with a coke, it was the only thing I ate since breakfast. I woke up at about 5am with stomach cramps. Then dierreah and vomiting, I also have fever. It's now 3pm and I feel horrible I can't keep anything down. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Fieber, Erbrechen
